By looking at some of the recomended specs that some up coming games have released...my Crossfired HD4850's might really choke on anything above medium in the near future. So I don't know about these.

The profesional folders should eat this up though. These things are still like $80 on newegg I believe.

It'd be a fantastic backup card. The 3800 series was great, but it's only downfall was AA and AF.

You can't crossfire a 3000 series with a 4000 series. Other then that this would make a great backup card.
