Dont know weather to get the SC version or the regular? What is the diff? Is it just Factory OC'ed or is there different chips in it so it can go higher?

The SC version is just a guaranteed OC from factory card.
You can probably get the same results from a regular card, but the SC may OC higher overall then a regualr one will.
