Hmm, hard to say if it is a 96 SP card. Newegg seems to be pushing it as if it is, but the memory interface is not listed on the Egg or on the Asus site (96 SP cards are 192 bit), and most 96sp cards are 384 or 768 mb of Memory.
It could be a non reference card, I know XFX has had some.
edit: Hmm, I just got off the phone with Asus and they could not tell me which it was.
I wonder if Newegg would guarantee it was a 96 SP card?
i bought that card actually, gonna come in sometime today. The specs are on the asus site, its listed as a 96sp model, but with 512mb ddr3 with a 128bit memory interface. It is not reference, and i will be testing it out later on today, but it seems as tho this card would triumph over the other 9600gso's.

I think you mean 768MB. It's frustrating when even the manufacturer can't tell you the specs.
beat me too it, sorry I was away and came back to check thread but that's it and i don't have a monitor hoked to that farm just my router, as those cards will fold without EUE's for months so far a lil over a month
