Airflow 90 CFM
Noise 19 dBA

Why do I doubt this?

I read somewhere on NCIX that these are false specs. The package that arrives says 69CFM 19DB on the side. Even at 69, it's still hard to believe that it would be 19DB.

And 90cfm/19db is a pretty common spec I've seen on fans. They're almost always false.. well haven't seen one that is actually near those figures.

quality control is iffy. 2 out of 3 were pretty loud. i just daisy chained 4 fans together to get them running a little slower which helped the noise greatly

I ordered 2 of these and they are pretty quiet. Not 90 CFM. But still quiet.

with slight background noise, all you hear is a whoooshh sound. they are pretty good. i just need to repaint my front bezel and put it on so they will be even quieter. ive never used tricools so i cant speak to that

So I just took a stroll to Microcenter... and am sad to say that this is BS. The guy said it was probably falsely advertised on the website...

It's really 48.5CFM @ 22db which makes a whole lot more sense...
