I actually ordered the 750w and 850w two weeks ago to have on hand. I have already had to use the 750w in a friend's upgrade.

Is the 750 watt fairly quiet? I just picked it up for a friend and he'll kill me if it's loud.

It has already been verified that it is new, although the others may look quite new, even being recertified.

It isnt that bad. it is a little louder then my 850w CoolerMaster PSU though. But I wouldnt say it is loud.

Just make sure you shake the PSU and listen for any bits of loose metal from when they repaired it. I had a piece in the 750w, so I had to get it out or risk shorting the PSU. it came out through the fan grill after trying for a few minutes.

It's not a refurb. The 780 watt are brand new. Thanks for the loudness feedback

GameXtreams are crap though. Not even 80Plus.

You'd be better off going with a Rosewill PSU or something.
