Wow if I was looking for a cheap case I would just go to the hardware store and build a really cool tech bench.

You can get them fairly cheap actually. I got a cheap black&decker one at wallmart for $25. Works fine for my usage.

Actually, if you ditched all that plastic junk it could turn out looking nice.
The bezel could be either entirely lost, or modded with bondo. Get rid of the ugly suitcase handle on the top. With a little paint/modding that window could turn out really nice. Paint the white part red.

Now where's that worklog?

I've owned this case for about 3 years now. It's a heavy duty case. The handle is very rigid.

I want that so bad for my bedrooms HTPC. I love the lego looks. Can't be much worse than what I'm using now. Too bad the page comes back product not found. Off to ebay.
