New to Overclock.net

I've recently had problems restarting my computer. When I go to Start>Turn Off Computer> Restart.... Windows logs off, saves the settings and finally exits windows, but afterwards the computer idles and doesn't do anything, it won't restart... I have to manually click the reset button on my case. The monitor switches from active to inaticve (green led to orange led) and
__________________I can still hear all the fans running Same thing happens when I try the command shutdown -r -t 01 from the run menu. I'm using Windows XP Pro SP2. Problem was noticed 2-3 days ago for the first time. any help will be appreciated, thanks!

okay first goto the top of the screen and click USER CP then on the left click EDIT SYSTEM SPECS fill that in so we can help you better.. it would be nice to know your setup.. exspecially the motherboard in this case there could be several varibles at play here..
