Any alternatives for Atitool or coretemp for vista x64? I still cant get coretemp to work even after reading that guide on how to fix it.

ATI tool will work in Vista. (http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/V.../ATITool.shtml)
And an alternate for CoreTemp would be Speedfan, or I prefer Everest, although it costs money to purchase, but great program.

Second for Speedfan. It's a great program that tells me everything I need to know. The only bad part was adjusting the temps so it would read my quad correctly.
__________________Personally, I use Rivatuner instead of ATItool. But ATItool is nice to have to do some nice stress testing of a graphics card.
