Okay. Whenever I shut down my computer, it has to install "updates".
__________________I don't really think it needs to install "updates" this often. How do I turn this off? It takes FOREVER to shut off the computer. D:

It's all the incremental SP3 updates...
To turn off the Auto updates, go to control panel -->Security Center -->Then click on automatic updates. You will find the correct options to turn it off there. BTW that is for XP...

No because it is not supposed to update every single time that you turn off your computer.
