Unhappy Intel CPU uCode loading error..Help???

Can anyone guide me to correct a Intel CPU loading error. I was trying to upload my OEM software, but recieved a CPU loading error as it boot up. I can't go any further except into my BIOS. Any help would be great. I have the following specs.

CPU Intel Pentium D 2.20 GHZ

Reset your BIOS to default options, should be on the exit screen. If that doesn't work, update your BIOS. You can find an update on Asus's website.
