Default What OS for an old PC?

I have a P3, 128 ram, mx440

Right now is running XP, but it is very slow...

What OS is right for me?

I want a pretty look OS... not a tons of letter everywhere xD

Windows 98 SE would run very well on that machine, as I'm almost sure it was built with that OS in mind. You could try Win2k, but that's more closely related to XP than Win98SE. My vote goes to Win98SE.

If you are willing to learn, you could run Linux. Ubuntu is pretty easy to learn if you have patience.

i was going to say some linux distro...ubuntu probably as its the easiest to learn

BackTrack3 (Linux)

It's a boot from interface disk, it has basic usages for a computer, and WineHQ which allows you to run quite a few Windows programs on it.
