Default Computer shuts down or reboots on its own?!

It happened a few times that my computer reboot/shut down on its own. I have noticed that its when I was going to open a music file(mp3) it froze for about 2 seconds then shut down.(after that I can boot up the computer normally no problem) Another time that it happened was when I was playing games(CS1.6, WoW) it just forze there..... not like it always happen but it happens pretty randomly. I just want to know if anybody knows whats wrong so well.... it doesn't happen when I am in a match or on a quest..lol

After it reboots, and you are back in windows. Open the Event Viewer (Right-click My Computer, go to Manage, and Event Viewer). Look in the System and the Application logs. Look for anything that is an ERROR (Red circle with X in it) at the time of the reboot. It will tell you what happened to cause the reboot. It sounds like it might be a driver issue, codex issue (for MP3 rebooting), or a general instability. Once you get that error information, post it and we can help more with diagnostics.

okay, I found this log at around the time my computer was shut down
"The Parallel port driver service failed to start due to the following error:
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it."
they all happened on the times I got shut down from today, yesterday.
Which I think is shouldnt be the problem because even before my computer started to act like this, I see this log already. saying there are earlier dates that I just check this happened. other than this, its my window live msger errors.
