For some reason I get BSOD constantly when installing Vista x64, what I do it take out my other stick of RAM, and just let it install with only one.

More Machine Now Than Man

RAM is typically the most "fragile" component. It's the most susceptible to degradation due to overvoltage and ESD (electrostatic discharge). It's not at all uncommon for RAM to just die after so much time. In a way, it's a bit like food, in that it gets spoiled as time goes by, even if you keep it in the fridge.
I agree with DarkNite; I would run MemTest86+ for at least a few hours. That way it gets warm/hot, just like it would in normal operation, and therefore could simulate any heat-related issues with the RAM.
