also will i be able to use precision to overclock my geforce card and will
my overclocks on vista 32bit be different from 64 bit version.

will i see any performance increases using 64 bit (such as benchmarks and crysis fps)

yes bf2 and cod will work, precision should work (your talking about the evga thing right), overclocks should be about the same, probably minimal performance increases unelss you bump up your ram to 4gbs which if you aren't going to I see no reason to switch to 64bit. I have no idea what your last sentance means...

You won't see much of an increase if any. 2gb of ram in 64bit won't do you much good.

No, you just won't see much of a performance increase.

No, not necessarily. Remember although some games run natively 64bit, that doesnt really mean that they are taking advantage of 64bit. Unless a game comes out that needs more than 3gb RAM then its not going to be any performance increase. If you run a 64bit app in a 64bit OS then yes you may see a tiny increase but if you run a 32bit app in 64bit OS then you may even see a TINY decrease (Not enough to notice) but some see tiny drops in FPS. 64bit was really started for servers and workstation computers where LOTS of ram was needed. We only run 32bit at my architecture firm but i curse that lousy OS every day because i am constantly running out of RAM and crashing my apps. I would say that at work I need at least 8gb, maybe more. Gaming hasnt really gotten to that point yet but hey, this is OCN and pursuit of performance could be for anything, not just games.

BTW crysis uses more than 2gb RAM. I would invest in a good 2x2gb set of RAM before upgrading to 64bit.
