Yep you have a Q6700, so 64-bit is no problem. And you'll get more RAM so it'll perform a bit better.

All right folks, my system manufacturer came through for me! Velocity Micro sent out a CD with both bit-versions of Vista Home Premium, and it installed perfectly on my system. Thanks again to the original poster!
