I would get Win 7 and if your PC has 4GB + Ram go the 64 Bit. Then when the RTM of windows 7 comes out get that. Vista has proven its to unstable.

Ok so I have the NZXT Tempest case and a Corsair 650TX PSU. I installed it in the bottom of the case and the PSU fan is facing down toward the bottom of the case. It is about a little more than 1/2" clearance between the PSU and the bottom of the case. Is this fine? Thanks. I also hear the putting it upside down is not a good thing when a bolt can fall from the mobo to the hole where the fan is and burn out everything. But I don't think that it will happen. So should I put it upside down? Better cooling? Thanks.
