Default Installed Win 7 on another Drive
I recently installed Windows 7 on another drive while running off my Windows XP drive. I want to be able to pull the XP drive out of the computer and have windows boot the Windows 7 Drive only, but I keep getting "NTLDR missing" upon bootup. I want this to be my main OS drive and the other removed. How do I fix this problem?

the easiest way to fix it is to insert your W7 cd in and us the repair option, it usually fixes all start up problems.

try vistabootpro to see if it'll work on Win7 and select the proper OS and drive combination

I used Easy BCD to install the windows 7 bootloader onto my XP installation. That way, I can boot to almost any OS on multiple hard drive with minimal issues.
