Picture is a tiny jpeg. No way to tell if it's real, shopped, a painting, or whatever.

Anyway, the idea that someone may have something that certainly exists is not that implausible, so I see no particular reason to doubt it's authenticity.

That's just jpeg artifacts/blocks.

Considering that even RTM editions have been out for over a month, somewhere along the line it's very possible that someone could've obtained a legit boxed version.

Well comes to find out he got it from a Windows 7 Seminar. Pretty cool I think. If it really is what he says it is.

I bet you a dollar that it's the 32-bit version, and I bet you 50 cents more that he's selling it because he doesn't want the 32-bit version at all.

The only way for him to be sure is to open the package and look at the dvd. Once it's open he could easily write the activation key down. He may not be willing to open it considering he's selling it.

He says the 32 bit copy he gives you will work the with x64, but he doesn't have the 64bit disk. So yes, you were correct.
