I got it working, I'm using it right now!

I came across this and installed the drivers manually and it all worked great. Thanks to everybody that posted, +Rep!

There is not, just about all new products have x64 drivers released. At the same time nearly no companies are going back and writing x64 drivers for old parts.

So you are better off buying a new adapter. They really don't cost that much money, you can get a decent N adapter brand new for $40USD.

Otherwise look around for a used adapter, I am sure if you posted in the Wanted section you could get one for $20-25, shipped.

x64 is basically good if your on 4GB's or more of RAM.I use 32 bit now because 64bit is a resource hog and their are real no performance gains
in most programs. 32 bit Win7 is blazing fast with 3GB's of RAM.
Hahaha, because its "overated", huh? Please, there is expense involved in writing drivers, you have to hire the programmers to write the drivers, test them, pay for WHQL lic. etc. So if they've already sold and discontinued the product most companies are not going to bother.

Unless someone has a need for 32-bit, as in they want to run 16-bit apps, should be running the x64 version. They'll get better performance overall and be more secure. It is foolish to do otherwise, unless you have a specific reason to run 32-bit.
