I went to only the Win7 portion. I would've liked to go to the 2k8 as well. They touched on a little bit of the 2k8 in the Win7 portion though. Lots of interesting stuff for businesses.

I love windows 7.
I always stuck with XP, hating Vista
windows 7 is kick butt after disabling a couple services (superfetch, indexing, defender)
