A long time ago, I saw a registry mod that eliminated the "are you sure" popup to delete an item to the reycle bin. I cannot now find the instruction to do this. Does anyone know how to do this?

Yes, but not the one in your link. The Registry mod I am looking for does not change the function of sending things to the recycle bin, it just eliminates the extra step. It may have been in pcmag or pcworld, but I could not find it there. I have it on one machine, but I cannot figure out what I did.
