Default should i reinstall?
not long ago i upgraded from a 6000+ to a 720x3.do you think i should have done a reinstall of my vista 64.and my vista 64 is an oem version,so i should be able to do a reinstall right?

Yes, as long as you do not change the motherboard, the computer is technically not a new computer (by Microsoft's standards), so you should still be alright.

no,im still running the same motherboard.so you guys think i should have done a fresh install sence ive up graded my processor?

And I didn't when I switched from an x2 4400+(K8) to x2 7750BE (K10)
