Default audiodg and windows 7

So I'm having that problem of audiodg taking up like 1.5GB of Ram when im using ventrilo. I'm really sick and tired of this it does not do it with my on board sound but my on board I can hear cracking in. Does any one have a fix to this I hate when 80% of my ram is in use just cuz of this file. Thanks for any help.

My two suggestions are uninstall and reinstall the newest audio drivers for you card and make sure the onboard sound on your motherboard is disabled (if you have it)
