Does it utilize my i7? is 10 minutes to render 6minutes of video ok? I have it oc'd to 4.2Ghz, also... WMM seems to lag... like in the reference video it's jumping all over the place... ***.

Depends on the video, the effects, the codec...

But in general, WMM is a very basic program that probably isn't all that efficient at compressing video.
