Is there any way to dual boot Ubuntu and Win 7 with the Win7 bootloader? I've tried using EasyBCD but it said my MBR was missing (I'm guessing it was on the Ubuntu hard drive. Maybe?). There's also a good chance I screwed something up installing Ubuntu. It's okay though, because I had to reinstall when Windows 7 came in. So, now I've got a new installation of Win7 and a formatted 40GB IDE HD.
I just want Win7 to be safe and able to boot if my second hard drive gets FUBAR (it's OLD). Summary: 250GB Sata (Win7) 40GB IDE (Ubuntu 9.10) Boot from Windows Boot Manager. Possible?

I want to say no, your stuck with GRUB because windows does not like Linux/hackintosh.
If your going to do a reinstall, I would install windows 7 first then Ubuntu second so you dont have to worry about 7 overwriting GRUB.
