The Windows XP disc should let u do that when ur going through the options, don't select repair and when u select which hard drive, it should allow u to format it... Does it not do that?

Nope. Just says "New Installation (Advanced)" and when I select my hard drive to overwrite all the existing data it copies all the files from the CD without a problem, but then when I go through the actual setup it keeps restarting.

Yes. I booted into the OLD Windows installation and tried it through the OS but the same thing happens. I reformatted the SATA drive and tried installing it on that, but the same exact thing happens. It will say "copying installation files from cd" and then restarts in the middle of it.

I tried running MEMTest as well but it doesn't work, it gives me some NTLDR is missing error.

NTLDR just means it didn't boot from disc but tried running the hard disk. U don't have an OS installed anymore so it is missing the NT boot loader.

Ok so if the hard disks aren't the problem, I would have to say its the RAM or now the BIOS. Ill look up ur BIOS and if u can, try to list every option and what u have it set to. Anything relevant in any way.

Well I looked up ur motherboard and what caught my eye was in the Cell Menu off the Main BIOS screen, u should make sure ur RAM is set up correctly, so that the voltage and speed is set to original factory specs.

Yes the K9N4 SLi. I checked the BIOS and all the RAM settings are how they should be.
