No I haven't. I have tried installing Windows 7 Home Premium and Ultimate as well with no luck. I receive the blue screen with either "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" or "MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION." I'm assuming that either my CPU or MOBO is dead. Then again, would I be able to boot into BIOS with a defective CPU or MOBO?

Tried installing Windows Vista Business and received the "MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION" error. One of my HDD has a previous installation on W2KP/XP. I tried booting into the XP version but the PC restarted after it logged me in. When I try to boot into the W2KP version it works without a problem, no restarts what so ever. If it boots into the W2KP OS does that mean my CPU, MOBO, GPU, and RAM aren't defective? I only had 1 stick of RAM when I booted into the OS.

If this is the case then what could possibly be giving me the blue screen and error messages and preventing me from installation a fresh copy of XP, Vista, or Win7?

Alright I installed Windows 7 successfully. Turns out that overheating and/or bent CPU pin was the problem. I reapplied my thermal compound and bent the CPU pin back into position and ran the installation without a problem.

Thanks for the help everyone, +REP.
