Default need to remove all my partitions ready for win 7

hi guys, i just got windows 7 pro 64 bit thru the door and im ready to install it, the only thing is id like to completely wipe my hard drive of everything first and install it freshly, i know the program will ask me if id like to do that but the only issue is is that fact i have three sepreate partitions on my 500gb HDD, one with vista installed, one with xp and just a spare 100gb partition i did for a reason ive forgotten, what i need to do is to basically clear everything of my comp, is there some 1 to clear those two seperate partitions and just make them into space again?

Use the Windows 7 disk.

Boot your computer with the disk in the drive, follow the prompts until it asks you for Advanced installation, and then it will list all of your partitions.

Delete all of the ones you want, and if there are two partitions on one drive, it will make the whole drive Unallocated, and then you can continue to format it as you want, whether it be the full disk size, or split.

Your question is pretty confusing, but the easiest method is to just delete all of the partitions so that it shows up as one unallocated partition, and then partition that as you please.

If it's a 500GB drive, I would do something like 100GB for Windows, and then leave the rest for data.

1 500gb hard drive split into 3 partitions, 1 partition has vista on, another has xp on, the 3rd is a competely blank 100gb partition.

are you saying when i install windows 7 it will give me the option to delete all those partitions and install it on a completely fresh un partitioned 500gb space yes?

Yes, you will see all three partitions listed. Click each one, and hit "Delete". And once all three are deleted, it will become one "Unallocated" space, at least it did for me.

It will look like this slightly, with all three listed. Just click each one, and hit delete. Then in the Unallocated space, hit Format.

Make sure to highlight each one, and then click Drive Options (Advanced)

Clicking the (advanced) link will give you options to delete your extra partitions. It's important to remember, that those changes you make on that screen are done right when you click them. So, you wipe your partitions, and then try to back out, your HDD is already gone.
