Default programs missing...WTH ?!?!
so all the programs that arent showed in the all programs start menu are all the programs that give me problems, i have tons of stuff in the C:\Program Files folder and they dont show up in the start menu, and theres even some sub folders that are showed that dont show the contents ex: in the start menu i have EA Games i drop it open and theres battlefield 2, battlefield 1942 but theres no NFS: shift and if i manually browse to C:\Program Files\EA Games all three is then shown, whats going on here?

Did you install any applications for different users...that could be a potential.

Did you manually add programs links to the short-cut for the all users/programs folder?

i only have 1 account on my computer, i dont even have a guest account. when i am prompted with the option i always choose install for all users on this computer or for me only in either case i should have them all under my menu list. no i never manually added any

If you use any kind of cleaning software like CCleaner it might have wiped the menu

Hhmmmm, that's a good idea I'll run a scan and see if anything comes up...if not I'll check all menu settings and report back. Idk what you mean by everything shows up in one way or another. There's tons of stuff missing, mostly in the first half of the lineup.

so i just ran a scan and all is clean (according to regrun reanimator) then i checked the taskbar,star menu, & toolbars properties and all check out well. im stumped....
