Default Make hotmail on my desktop?
I guess this is the best place.

Is there a program that essentially makes Hotmail a .exe type thing? Like... It's on my desktop and I can access my hotmail account without opening up Chrome/Firefox/IE.

Does thunderbird do this? How do I get it working if so?

Hotmail can be accessed by any email client which uses POP3...so that's pretty much every email client available.
