Win+Shift + left/right (move the active window to another monitor ... 7 only) <---WIN
Win+P (activate projector with a choice of modes ... 7 only)

CTRL+T (new tab)
CTRL+W (close tab / close document within a program)
ALT+ print screen (capture the active window only)

btw, "Win+R" has been shortened to "Win" only, since vista

CAPSlock. It minimizes active window (using AutoHotKey)

And yes! Win7 multimonitor window management wins.

Most used? Alt-space to run Launchy, and Win+L to lock.

I don't understand your CapsLock with autohotkey, can you explain further?
Win+m does that too (granted it's a 2 key combo )

BTW for multi monitor lovers using monitors on articulated arms ...
I use irotate.exe to rotate the displays
It's a tiny app that can be trigger with command line parameters and closes right away
I have setup a few batch files for different orientation combinations, and assigned hotkeys to these different batch files.
No app running in the background at any time for this function, just this little app launched and closed with custom hotkeys for any orientation combination you want.

Win+M Does it, but I also wanted to basically turn off CAPSlock. Shift+CAPS will toggle it if I realllly need it. I used to have it act as the CTRL key instead.

AutoHotKey. It rules.
