Default Anyone familiar with MSDN

Preferably MSDN Academic Alliance.

This is my problem, hope someone knows a workaround.

I selected Windows XP 64bit and accidentally hit CD Check Out. Then canceled the reservation, tried to select the download option but it sends me to a screen where it shows the product information with the "Reserve this Media Again" and "View Order Details" button. The View Order Details button leads me to a screen showing me Software,Title,Qty,Item,Price, Total.

Sends me in a loop pretty much.

how in the world can I download it from msdn.

thanks in advance.

It's Microsoft's web site, you actually expected it to work? I see their crappy web apps doing stuff like that all the time.

Try logging out, clearing your cookies (LOTS of them) and see if you can get in again.

LOL, time to try out Linux. You can actually get support...or you just don't need it in the first place!

From my experience with it, it saves it to your account after that you are going to need to contact your system administrator.

No, click on the "Support" button at the top of the MSDN-AA page.

There should be a contact person on that page.
