why are you enforcing the sounds manifest, cause i have custom skins, and sounds so it wont let me in...

It's a competitive pub. Allowing custom skins and sounds = not competitive regulation (Cal/cevo etc.). Also custom skins and sounds allow for certain hacks etc.

And it also gets rid of sprays, which is good because there's no mani on the 16 slot either.

Skins and custom sounds are not default which makes them a disadvantage to other players.
