Default TF2 anyone?

Well, I grow saddened everytime I play TF2, and see OCN's TF2 server is completely empty--what a waste. Anyone want to get a game together? I'm on US West Coast, PST, and typically play in the evenings here, after 8-ish pm. Anyone else feel like playing? Let's get a game together and put the server to good use! On that note, I don't really know what else needs to be done--like if a mod has to be on at the same time, etc.
