For the team competition you can only fold on two cores, or one GPU. You may continue folding for OCN with all that gear though

Team Victorious Secret is looking for a strong cpu/vmware folder or a gpu folder that will hit the daily 3000ppd cap.

Pm me or post in Team Victorious Secret's home page with what you would be folding with and we will go from there.

Thanks for your inquiry.

Hiya wierdo124 and other Folks as well.

I've been doing some thinking about how we go about this topic looking for a team or looking for a member. So like this is the 3rd time I've had to go through and look for new members and it ain't easy to pick them. I would have thought that it would be easy but nope.

What I do when I know I need a new Team member for Victorious Secret, is to look for who wants to join a team and check out their daily ppd at EOC. And the funny thing is that most of the time, at least 90%, none of people that want to join a team, and are listed on page one, are folding at all. This seems to be very wrong. You want to fold, you want to join a team but yet you are not making any effort at all. So why should us Team Captains pick you as a new member for our teams?

So with my research criteria for looking for another Team member I come up empty most of the time. This is not a good thing in my mind or a good thing for OCN itself either, IMHO. I think we need a different approach on how to look for new memebers.

Maybe on page one we can add anyone requesting a to be on a team their EOC graphic stats so it would be much easier for us Captain's to choose who is serious about joining a team. Or any new posts/people would add that themselves. As a example I'll ask to join:

Hi, as you can see I go by G-Byte. I really would like to join in the fun of these Team Compititions, they seem to be so much fun.

I have what is in my SigRig but I know that the 9850 would not be able to be strong enough for use but I do got a MaxCore 55 gtx260 and that is more than enough to keep up with the 3000ppd cap for gpus. Here is my EOC Sig image;

As you can see I am an active folder and I've been folding since..... and my daily average is over 17K.

Thank you for considering me as a team member.
I think for everyone to see what we are getting, or what we are offering here, is important. Any thoughts??

I think that you make a valid point, but sometimes the people that want to join the team have never folded. They often read about folding and decide to look into it a bit. It might be a lot of info at first and they might be overwhelmed. It's possible that they don't know the rules of the competition, but being on a team seems fun.

A simple list of what they offer would be good enough for me. I just want to know if you can fold 24/7 and what you plan on folding with. I always check EOC when considering new team mates and when I'm lucking for new members I check EOC daily production and then i go see how many clients they are running.

Well Danbeme, we can tell how long they have been folding by their total ppd, or make a good guess from it.

Hi wierdo, I wonder if we can go further and add their EOC pic to page one also seeing as the 1st place I check, I don't know about anyone else but if I could see some stats there I would be happy as a clam and know right away who was the most serious on the list. The code I used in my example above use on p1 of TVS's thread. It reads easy and not that hard to insert where ever you want...I'd suggest right under the users folding name. I know that this would create a bit of work for you as extra but it would be worth it I think.

the "&b=1" is the code to only show the user and not the forum, we all know what our forum is called. Here is how it would show up on page one. I took this from TVS;
