ahem....

Does anyone think I could get better results running SMP in Linux in VMWare? I've heard good things about it. It must be worth it as why would you bother otherwise? Or do you think I should just stick with Windows Folding.

If so, which distro?

Its the 64 bit that helps I think? How about ubuntu or something 'easy'.

Personaly I <3 Fedora but I suck at useing it.

U will shave some time off your % using Linux under Vmware. I use Ubuntu, but SUSE is good too. SMP under linux for me just runs better with less errors than the Windows version.

Hi guys

The current unit I am doing may be my last SMP unit. I cant garauntee I'll be able to meet the tight deadlines anymore, im 33% done now and its deadline is the 10th. I will only have my rig running between 6pm ish and midnight. I'll be likely switching to dual console clients.

I hope this is still enough to be in the team
