How does one go about starting a folding team? So far, it's me and 1 other member that want to start it up. Hopefully more will follow. I was looking at lemans81's team and liked the layout of the first post. How does one do that?

You need to talk to Taeric, who's been gone, so I guess lemans or the mod who's taken his place.

As for the layout, you mean the things that show folding stats?
Those are from extremefolding if I'm not mistaken.

Yeah we talked about it a while ago, chipp is actually the manager you want to hit up once you assemble your team with the name and members.
