Lemans..
What I fail to understand here.. BD and H00chi's posts have me listed in the top 15 yet you never seem to have me there. I guess I don't understand as 2 of my teammates are on your latest list yet my PPD have been much higher than theirs. I know I've asked this in the past.. I thought I understood. Alas, I must not.

EDIT: Ok I looked into it and with 21152 points you would be in 16th place. You have to understand your not capped based on you entire months points, your capped per day. So lets say monday you get 3000 points...you will be capped at 2500, then tuesday you get 5000...you get capped at 2500, then wednesday you get 1000...you will get 1000 points.
So for those three days you would get 6000 points out of the possible 7500 that were available.

A'ight.. I gotcha now.. Sorry mate
![]() This is explains why early on in the month I've seen my name and then later into the end of the month I do not. Since I'm GPU and capp'ed @ 2500 my instant score elevates because I'm maxing my cap each day however those not capp'ed catch up over the course of the month. Thanks again.. Just me being in a brain fart mood as of late, lol.

So a team can score at a max of 10000 ppd no matter how much more their scores are, is that right?

Gpu folders are capped at 2500 points per day, per foldered. So with 4 gpu folders you could score 10,000 per day if thats what you mean. But cpu folders are not capped, so in theory they can score more than that.

Oh. Thanks for clearing that. One more question, how much ppd would a Q6600 get on average? Just trying to figure out which is the best way to go about folding. Nothing to do with the competition.

It all depends on ghz, I believe around 3.48ghz my old Q6600 did around 5500ppd running two clients of vmware/ubuntu(which you can do for the comp if you aim one at your name, the other at another name), with standard smp I think it was closer to 4800ppd. Now if you want to really let it loose grab linux/ubuntu and run that client(can't do for team comp) because the linux client uses all 4 cores.
