yes, it has been cleared with Taeric. The point production of the PS3 isn't *that* spectecular (on par with a single Core 2 Duo core), so one PS3 counts as one folding core.

Note that we won last month with an E6600, an E6400, an E6300, and an Opteron 165. Nice stuff, but not extreme by any long shot. The PS3 is allowed since it doesn't produce *that* many points as compared to a dual core CPU doing SMP. The Quad core, now that's a different story. However, in he end, Taeric is in charge....
