The absolute best TIM you can get is Coollaboratory Liquid Pro.

Google?

Frozen CPU has it.

Let me apologize for my slightly sarcastic opening comment...and welcome to the forum. The community is in general much more polite than I just was...wrong side of the bed I guess along with gloomy weather.

Careful with it. Do not put it on anything aluminum, and it is extremely conductive as you may have guessed.

Probably for you (i'm assuming you're fairly new to all of this), the best bet would be IC Diamond 7. AS5 was the old reigning king, but has been dethroned by the IC7.

The best conventional TIM is OCZ Freeze
(Though I find it hard to spread)

The liquid metal stuff is the best though
