Yeah you will never (even with wc'ing) get below ambient(room) temp unless you are using some sort of active cooling method. eg water chiller, Phase change, DICE, LN2.

I would say reposition your PC desk near the widow with the air blowing out of it. My room is noticeably hotter when I have the GTX 260 installed. I'm just waiting for the semester to end to reposition my room.

Well 3 days ago before my AC was fix, my room and house was at near 100f, idle abt 40-50c load at 60-70c

85c wow that is hot in your room.. I am sure you meant F for fahrenheit

on topic: I usually turn my computer off to keep my room nice and cool. for downloading stuff I have a cheap computer with a celeron 430, running 24/7 and yeah that doesn't output any heat at all.
