Default My room is very hot

My room is constantly hot even with the fan on full blast. My case temps range from 27-32c and my room temps usually match that. As soon as I step out side, the temperature is easily 72f. I'm also thinking it could be my monitor giving off a lot of this heat. What could I do to improve the temperature of my room other than turning my computer off every time I'm not on it?

Would water cooling help?

rig is in sig.

I've thought about this, but it would be a pain to install and I wouldn't know how to position it for optimum efficiency.

my room is currently at 84 F or 29C, at around 4 it was at 88F. I am in the same situation but a put more hot. I was thinking window AC but that can get costly, I was looking at a self contained cpu wc kit.

there isn't much positioning involved. It either fits in your window opening, or it doesn't.

Water cooling won't help the heat has to go somewhere, in this case your room. Your video card is probably what is throwing off the most heat. You could set the computer to go to standby or something when you are not using it, but this will stop any downloading etc. thats going on. You will either have to purchase an airconditioner or get a computer that throws off less heat e.g. a laptop.

Nope, the heat is still being vented into the room. If you ran the radiator outside a window or something, that would help.

Get a small light one, I have one in my room cause my house is old school (radiator heaters lol) to have central air. Ya there isn't much positioning to do.

Well no matter what.... With air your temps will NEVER get cooler than room temperature.

So I recommend a Window AC or WCing.

This is when I wish GPU companies will stop trying to compete for the performance crown, and take a year or two to refine their GPUs so that they can use less power, generate less heat while retaining current performance.
