What company in your opinion has the best, most flat, and possibly shiny bases? (Or what company's base finish quality has impressed you)

Thermaltake's bases have always impressed me
Too bad their prices and cooling performance doesn't

Well, of all the bases that are belong to me, I think my Noctua is the flattest. Thermaltake wins for shiny, but that never matters. I have no experience with water, so not much to say there.
