Engine oil is an excellent coolant, how well would it do for computers, if we could figure how to run it through the system?

In a water cooling loop, or a completely submerged system? In either my first thought is that it's too thick and will gunk up fans and crap.

I think it would do pretty good. Idk about what kind of pump you would need to move it though.

Probably not, since it's very thick. It would probably clog in the Rad.

Depending on the viscosity of the oil you will need one hell of a pump to move the oil around a full loop.
Remember of course the oil must force it's way through the rad, tubing and block/s. A normal pump would most likely fail very quickly.

My car's turbo is oil cooled, and my mechanic says Engine oil cools better than a water...

If you're gonna do it, you're gonna need like 5W-10 since it's got a close enough viscosity of water.
