I happen to have 3 tubes @ 5g each of OCZ Ultra 5+
From what I have been reading it is the same TIM as AS5, can anyone confirm this for me? Secondly, what is the difference between the Ultra 5+ and OCZ Freeze? both use 99.9% pure silver, other threads I have searched here people were saying that AS5 and OCZ Ultra 5+ were EXACTLY the same TIM. Something about OZC was just a different package.

I cannot help with the details. But every TIM review i have seen puts as5 above that. It is also what most people reccomend. But as long as you get good temps who cares.

true, I just hate tearing apart my W/Cing to reapply more TIM...lol
Since shipping here in a PITA and even stuff from newegg takes 3 weeks, I was hoping this Ultra 5+ is as good as AS5, so I don't have to wait for another TIM
