How can i monitor my temps and speed without risk of damage?

Everest Home is free, but that doesn't have every sensor and info....only everest ultimate has that.
speedfan only reads the temps,
cpu-z reads the speeds + settings
realtemp is like speedfan
MBM reads the temps

For monitoring, HWMonitor. I always thought EVEREST raped your taskbar too much. HWMon, and CPU-z for CPU/Memory speeds.
