Default Whats wrong with my NB/MB temperatures?

ok first is the MB temperature, it seems that the sensor is inversed and the temperatures get lower the higher the load...
any idea whats going on there?

2nd is my NB temperature, this is my second board and i have somewhat high temps compared to others with the same boards...

here are the temps from the first board under full load:

and the temps of the acctual board (ambiant about 25°C):

TMPIN2 is the NB temp and when i see pics of others they have low/mid 30 temps.
i applied some AS5 on the NB/SB but it didnt help with the temps, i have a 80mm fan which blows at the NB, that reduces the temps but im not happy at all with temps reaching almost 50°C on a hot day.
it doesent make a difference if my case is opened or closed..

any idea whats going on there and why i have such high NB temps?
