Default Are IC7 and IC24 the Same TIM?

I am going to buy a new tube of TIM because i am out of AS5.

I was looking at the Innovative Cooling Diamond 7 Carat, and i saw the have a 24 Carat tube that is bigger.

My question is: is it the same TIM just different amounts? I want the absolute best performance, but would like to get a large tube if possible.

Thanks!

Yes... the numbers represent the size of each tube...
