* Not sure if this is the right place*
I thought this was a weird find, it is relatively new to me, I'm a huge AC fan but never caught this before. Source I figured it may spark some interesting discussions. I find it odd especially because nothing AC needs batteries of any kind.

Well I can honestly say that the Energizer AA rechargeable batteries I have aren't quite as powerful, they're only 2500mAh.

As far as rechargables go Sanyo eneloops FTW. I also recommend the La Crosse BC900 charger.
BTW, mAh isn't power it's capacity, voltage is power and yes Alkalines have higher both but rechargables are best for high drain/draw electronics. eneloops are the best of both worlds but the rayovac hybrids aren't bad either and are usually a better price (similar technology) ;D
