I´m wondering, are there any issues with under volting the NB slightly?

not unless it becomes unstable. This will affect any overclocks you have, but as long as you are stable, the less volts the better.

Ok forget that last question.
I dropped it from 1.30 to 1.20. My NB temp dropped 1 or 2c. I´m trying to squeeze it for temps. What about the CPU to NB voltages, drop them too ?
